Our History

Originally founded in 1995 as both a plumbing & heating company, founder and president, Gerard Maloney determined after some time that a shift to a HVAC only company was the direction that he and the company needed to make.
“After being introduced to geothermal technology and realizing that we could combine the comforts of radiant heating with the ultra efficiency of a geothermal heat pump, I was sold".
We immediately began putting all of our energy into ground source heating & cooling training and development for our staff.

We researched all of the products available to us, and over time, have developed a wide knowledge base and gained volumes of practical hands on experience, which we are able to bring to the table for our clients. Customers often share that they so appreciate that we continue to present options until we find the ideal solution and combination of products to meet all of their desires in the design of a comfort system package for their new home or commercial space.

Our installers are first class and we are often complimented on their workmanship and friendly attitudes. Earthheat makes a commitment to provide a level of quality craftsmanship far above that typically seen in the HVAC industry.

Our mechanical system install package will often include Heat Recovery Ventilation systems as well as fuel gas piping and an array of indoor air quality products.
